Czar of the day

The title of this post is really pretty self explanitory. However, in the name of "transparency", I will explain a little further. Not knowing any of the new czars, I decided it would be a good idea to find out a little about them. Figuring you, the public, would also like to know who is helping to govern the free world, I came up with the "Czar of the day" idea. I hope to answer questions like who are they, what do they do, what did they do before their appointment as czar, what is their purpose, who do they answer to, and how do they influence policy. It will be a "Top 10 facts" theme. Today's edition is coming up shortly. Get ready to be informed...and confused....and probably a little mad too.
